In the September 23, 2014 Eurocon Ukraine received a building permit for a multi-storey residential complex with inbuilt and attached non-residential premises and underground parking on 6 Ivan Lepse Boulevard (the letter "Zh") in Solomenskiy district of Kyiv. As a result the active phase of constructionwas started.
