This October Eurocon has negotiated a contract for the construction of a public and administrative complex with an underground parking and infrastructure facilities of the Innovative Park LvivTech.City, located in Lviv on 48 Stryiska Str. It is planned to create a modern and comfortable city in the city – more than 40000 m2 of social and technological infrastructure, which will include offices, coworking, creative spaces, as well as gyms, recreation rooms, green areas, pedestrian and bicycle paths and a modern cafe. The entire infrastructure will differ not only in functionality and design aesthetics, but also in the quality of construction and modern energy efficiency technologies. All facilities will meet strict requirements for environmental compatibility (LEED certification), energy consumption and internal climate.
The total area of the site is about 1.8 hectares; total building area – about 6870 m2; parking area – 9410 m2; the number of created workplaces – 3340. The project consists of three starting phases. The commissioning of the first phase is planned for September 2018.
