The foundation work of the 1st phase of construction of the Housing Estate SCANDIA has started. This phase begins with the construction of three multi-apartment buildings, located on the area of 2.1 hectares. In total 492 apartments will be built in the first phase of construction. Foundation is going to be formed from piles that will solve the problem of high groundwater levels and ensure the reliability of buildings hereafter.
Today SCANDIA is the largest residential complex of Ukraine – 80 hectares will consist of 7-storey residential buildings, kindergartens, primary schools, a park with a bicycle lane, barbecue areas, areas for dog walking, areas for yoga, amphitheater for concerts and summer festivals, the venue for exhibitions and events, sports clubs, cafes, restaurants and offices. It also will have the transport infrastructure: in particular, the complex will have its own bus stop and train station.
