Eurocon signed a contract for the construction of the office building of the Unit City Innovation Park in August of this year. It is located in the Shevchenkivskyi district of Kyiv, at the address: 8 Sem’i Khokhlovykh St. – where on 25 hectares it is planned the location of the first of its kind for Ukraine united area with the business districts of leading innovation companies, research, educational and cultural centers, start-ups, campuses, coworking, government agencies, etc., with a total area of 120000 m2. The main point is the formation in the capital of Ukraine of the Eastern European platform for the development of high-tech business.
The initial stage of Eurocon's participation in this unique project is the construction of a 7-storey office building with a total area of 6185 m2. This building will meet all strict requirements for ecological compatibility (acquiring of the LEED certificate), power inputs and internal climate. Putting in commission is planned for June 2017.
Nordecon (the parent company) has already had the experience of similar projects, including those that meet the requirements of the gold certificate LEED, which provides significant aid in the implementation of projects with analogous requirements.
