A great example of modern architecture was presented to public on September 9 in Cherkasy, where the National Distillery Company opened a new distillery. Eurocon Ukraine was the general contractor on the project. The company was established two years ago as the daughter enterprise of AS Eesti Ehitus, one of the largest Estonian building companies, which has been operating in Ukraine, Russia, Latvia, Lithuania and Germany for the last 15 years.
The plant was built in record time, a year and a half. From the very beginning the enterprise was planned so that it could easily enlarge its productive capacity without additional construction works. As a result, the new plant occupied leading production positions not only in our country, but in Europe and Russia as well. The most pleasant thing is that the plant was done not by foreign, but by our native builders, who created a modern production facility of European quality.
No company in Ukraine has carried out such a project in such a short period of time. "You can easily see the result of our cooperation with Eurocon Ukraine - a new distillery with all the necessary infrastructure. We like the quality of work and the terms under which it was carried out. "We negotiated with many building companies, but none of them offered a better deal than Eurocon Ukraine. We don't regret our choice. "By the way, we plan to continue our cooperation with this company while modernizing our wine plant in Koblevo," said Mykola Babych, general director of the National Distillery Company.
Eurocon Ukraine bases its work on three foundations - quality, reliability and innovation. The technological processes used in production are in accord with the international certificate of quality and ecological correspondence.
The company has been operating on the Ukrainian market since 1997, when it won a tender for building the Slavutych beer plant in Zaporizhzhya. From that time the number of orders has kept growing, which is the evidence of high quality work. In 2000 the company erected its Lvivska Pyvovarnya plant, and in 2003, storehouses for its products. It also carried out pile-works while building Kyiv's Slavutych beer plant. One of the Eurocon's competitive advantages is its ability to erect industrial buildings using light and modern construction. And of course, the speed with which it carries out construction.
Besides, Eurocon Ukraine carries out the type of work that no other Ukrainian company does. Right now Eurocon is renovating a local cheese plant in Zvenihorodka without interrupting its production process. In Lviv the company is renovating an old building into a comfortable hotel.
During eight years of operation on the Ukrainian market, Eurocon developed a plethora of promising young specialists. In the very beginning the company used to employ Estonian staffers, but now it mostly employs Ukrainians who have proven their ability to learn new technologies and a professional attitude towards their work. According to forecasts, within two years the company will employ only young Ukrainian specialists, who are gaining experience now.
Eurocon's strongest competitive advantages are vast experience in building, its use of new western technologies, its information systems, its policy of providing bank guarantees for built objects, its 8 years' worth of experience on the Ukrainian market, its ability to get high-quality building materials at a competitive price and its team of skilful and experienced specialists.
