Performance Appraisal interviews and SMART goals setting

From December 19 the annual Performance Appraisal interviews and SMART goals setting for the next period started.

According to the existing company’sregulations,an interview should take place within a specified time and day (according to the schedule) in a separate room in a climate of dialogue. The duration of the interview may not be limited to one hour.

As a result of the interviews we analyzed strong and weak points of the employees at a presentmoment, and identified priority development plans / training of each employee, as well as set working goals and objectives for the next period. Employees, in turn, initiated a number of proposals to improve the process of interaction between the different structures of the company, including the feedback system and internal reporting as well as proposals relating to daily work activities.
